We want every PawCrest order to feel as considered as the products inside the box.

Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $59 within the contiguous United States.
  • Standard delivery typically arrives in 3? business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery available at checkout for time-sensitive gifts.
  • International orders currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and select European countries. Delivery times and import duties vary by destination.

Returns

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@pawcrest.shop with your order number.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
  • For health and safety reasons, opened treats, food and grooming products are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged.
  • Sale items are final sale unless they arrived damaged or are materially different from the listing.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email us within 7 days with a few photos of the box and the item. We will send a replacement or refund right away.
